Pioneer Skate Comp Invaded by BrokeNeck

SNS member and BrokeNeck team skater, Ford Bennet took home third place in the Intermediate class at the Pioneer Street Comp in Oregon City, OR.

Words by Ryan Kampe.

This past weekend BrokeNeck Clothing was invited to the 8th annual Pioneer Street Comp in Oregon City, Oregon.

The week leading up to the event was out of control! We had so much to do in order to have materials ready for the masses of people that were going to be there. We had Jamie Jacobson from Sham Shots out to make our first major video.

The BEGINNER / INTERMEDIATE / ADVANCED classes were so cool and the talent was good to see. We were so happy that two of our own riders placed in the intermediate class; Brian Christina placing second and Ford Bennett placing third. Ethan Van Witt, our little 5 years old shredder, did not place but killed it!

There was a lot of good talent along with all the sponsors that came out to support Oregon City Comp: The Farm Project, Above Coping, The Oregon National Guard and Bad Girls Grafxs.

Come see BrokeNeck Clothing on Facebook and on the website, BrokeNeck69.com.
